We essentially do not get any traffic from it but it&#039;s a very natural extension of our brand and builds a lot of awareness for us. If the staff demonstrates confidence in the product, you are more likely to buy. The greater their indifference, the less likely you will buy. Leaving the channel out of the communication is like quitting after 90 meters of a 100 meter race.</description>

		<description>Yes. I have more than once changed my mind about purchasing blueberries and raspberries at the counter. I love berries but when they&#039;re out of season and imported, by the time I get to the counter I have convinced myself that they won&#039;t be any good. I will frequently ask about the quality of the fruit in the fruit dept [of a supermarket] and will often get an uninformed answer. What could the marketer have done differently? Better education on the quality of their products year round, every shipment, and encourage staff to share their knowledge.</description>
